2011: a quilt odyssey in Houston, Texas

I'm back from Houston, and it was a lot of hard work and fun! I forgot the rolling cart we (my son) use(s) to carry in all the plastic bins full of fabric...never again!!! Each show is a whole new learning experience. I LOVE meeting lots of quilters and discussing lots of quilty things! I wish I could go to more of the shows but, alas, there's the day job...due to that pesky need to eat and pay bills and stuff! Here is one photo of my booth. I didn't bring the bookshelves this time. Brandon was really relieved about that!

I also finished the Haunted Mansion quilt top just in time to bring it. I was still cutting the kits at the show - but I did sell one!
